Introducing the Bracton Gas Advanced System (G.A.S.), the simple and effective approach to control gas leaks in beverage systems in accordance with Australian Standards 5034-2005. This is the next best option to installing your regulators in a ventilated area, defined by the Standard.
What is it?
We have found that most gas leaks that occur in beverage systems occur near brass nuts, tubes & welds, all of which are found on the gas board. Since most gas boards are installed in a non ventilated areas it increases the risk of employees inhaling deadly inert gases. The Bracton Gas Advanced System manages this risk through a containment chamber that holds the primary, secondary regulators and keg safe blow off valves in a gas tight safety box, which complies with Australian Standards 5034-2005.
The Bracton Gas Advanced System effectively reduces inherent risks associated with inert gas leaks in confined spaces and in the event of a leak the gas will be vented by a single tube to a safe naturally ventilated area defined by the Australian Standard.
How it works:
Containment chamber allows for the safe venting of hazardous inert gases into a naturally ventilated area in the event of a gas leak. The Bracton Gas Advanced System has a number options to ensure risks associated with inert gases are managed effectively for your premises, including: pressure sensor triggered when a gas leakage is detected, which in turn activates an optional flashing light & audible alarms and / or automatic gas shutdown system where on detection of a leak will trigger gas input to be safely switched off.
Benefits:
Bracton use only the highest quality components:
Installation advantages
Pre-drilled mounting holes for dynabolts.
Decrease in installation labour by 2 to 3 hours.
Optional Additions:
